Cavista Holdings is an investment and holding company headquartered in Nigeria, but with subsidiaries in Botswana, India and the Phillippines. The company also maintains a representative office in Dallas, Texas, in the United States.

History

Founded by Niyi John Olajide,[2], Cavista Holdings was created to manage his diverse portfolio of investments in Africa and Asia, which had been trading as independent entities.

It started operations in 2023 from an office in Ilupeju, Lagos, which is also a liaison office to the University of Dallas, Texas

These companies include:

  1. Cavista Technologies, which has offices in Nigeria,[3] Botswana[4], [5]India and the Phillippines
  2. Agbeyewa Farms, which was established in 2021 in Ekiti State
  3. Glocient Hospitalities, established in 2022; concessionaires and managers of Ikogosi Warm Springs Resort and Conference Center, Ikogosi, Ekiti State[6][7]
  4. Payzeep Technologies[8][9]
