E. L. Henry (born February 10, 1936)[1] is an American politician. A Democrat, he served in the Louisiana House of Representatives from 1968 to 1980.[2]
Henry was born in Jonesboro, Louisiana. He attended Baylor University and Louisiana State University.[1]
