Jharkhand Rai University is a UGC approved University [1] in Ranchi, Jharkhand state, India. The university is located in Namkum, Raja Ulatu, Ranchi.
It was established by the Jharkhand State Legislature under the Jharkhand Rai University Act, 2011.[2]
