Joshua Farmer is an American college football defensive tackle for the Florida State Seminoles.
Early life
[edit]Farmer attended Gadsden County located in Havana, Florida. Coming out of high school, Farmer was rated as a three star recruit, where he decided to commit to play college football for the Florida State Seminoles.[1][2]
College career
[edit]During Farmer's first collegiate season in 2021, he appeared in four games where he made one tackle.[3] In the 2022 season, Farmer totaled 15 tackles with six being for a loss, and two sacks.[4][5] After the conclusion of the 2022 season, Farmer decided to enter his name into the NCAA transfer portal, however shortly after, Farmer decided to withdraw his name from the portal.[6][7] In week one of the 2023 season, Farmer recorded three tackles, and a sack in a win over LSU.[8] During the 2023 season, Farmer notched 32 tackles with seven being for a loss, five sacks, and two pass deflections for the Seminoles.[9][10]
