Stockton Township is one of fifteen townships in Greene County, Indiana, USA. As of the 2020 census, its population was 8,158,[1] down from 8,447 at 2010.[2]

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 36.67 square miles (95.0 km2), of which 36.06 square miles (93.4 km2) (or 98.34%) is land and 0.62 square miles (1.6 km2) (or 1.69%) is water.[2] Lakes in this township include Boy Scout Pond. The stream of Willow Slough runs through this township.
