From a template shortcut: This is a redirect from a shortcut page name in any namespace to a page in template namespace.
- Shortcuts are wikilinked on community pages, talk pages, and edit summaries, but not in mainspace articles. Transclusions in mainspace are common and do not need to be "fixed".

From outside template namespace: This is a redirect from a page outside the template namespace to a template page. This redirect page must be outside the template namespace.
- Note: If this page is in template namespace, then it will populate Category:Pages with templates in the wrong namespace instead of the correct, expected category.
