In all group pages for UEFA Euro 2016 the teams section is blank. Every time I write in the team names someone else removes them. What should I write in the teams section Rhetoricalnoodle (talk) 14:59, 14 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
You can not just add rows with team names, that is not content. What you should add is sourced (use a reliable source) content for every team, for example how they have performed previously and how they qualified. You can also look at an example from 2014 FIFA World Cup Group A, where a table with information was used instead of prose, although prose is often preferred. Why is Portugal above Iceland after one match? According to the rules their tie would be determined by a penalty shoot-out, so shouldn't they just be in alphabetical order?
Hello, @Anguswalker:. Please, read UEFA Euro 2016#Tiebreakers. Where "alphabetical"? This is sport. "Alphabetical" is not sport criteria. Crteria for POR and ISL: Fair play conduct (1 point for a single yellow card, 3 points for a red card as a consequence of two yellow cards, 3 points for a direct red card, 4 points for a yellow card followed by a direct red card). POR 0 yellow cards, ISL 2 yellow cards. POR 2nd place, ISL 3rd place. GAV80 (talk) 08:39, 15 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
