Turbinicarpus schmiedickeanus is a species of plant in the family Cactaceae.

Distribution

It is endemic to Nuevo León, San Luis Potosí, Tamaulipas states of northeastern Mexico. Its natural habitat is hot deserts.

It is threatened by habitat loss.
