Seat configurations in Biman's fleet

[edit]

Hi there, Ahnaaf. I have a twofold question for you. Given that Biman has now only a single DC-10 in its fleet, which is the correct seat configuration for the remaining aircraft? Much the same occurs with the A310s, as the table shows three different seat configurations for just two aircraft in the fleet. Can you please correct this appropriately? Thanks.--Jetstreamer Talk 23:21, 3 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Jetstreamer. Sorry for my late reply as I am on vacation. Biman recently changed and modernized their website, and the fleet section is a bit more organized. Also please note that Biman still operates the two DC-10s, one actively and the other is a backup during a problem with any plane on the fleet. And I'll start work now. Cheers!--Ahnaaf (talk) 09:12, 9 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Biman Sharjah

[edit]

I saw SHJ in a Biman advert featuring the airlines routemap in Readers Digest from late 1980s or early 1990s, so I added it in the list with a citation needed tag, but an editor has removed it surprisingly, some of his maintained articles are carrityng citation needed tags since years notably KLM destinations yuet its not been an issue, I add this verified information and he slaps me with some WP policy link and a threat to ban, like I have been vandalising the article repeatedly, all the while not applying the same to his other articles especially KLM, can you add a citation to it if you have access to such, I am trying to look for that magazine too, thanks. 175.110.250.59 (talk) 00:13, 7 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Cleanup request

[edit]

Hello Ahnaaf!

Template: Airports in Bangladesh has seen some rather amateur editing recently and the page could use some cleaning. It would be nice if you could fix stuff there and make it look the way it used to look a few months ago (you know what I mean.) I, myself, have been very busy recently (didn't even log in to Wiki for 2 months!) and so I can't do so myself. So, kindly do whatever cleanup you think is needed.

Many thanks, Rihaz (talk) 12:09, 13 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, RMS52 here. Just wanted to let you know that I have undid one of your edits to Shahjalal International Airport using the rollbacker tool, as it appeared to be a bad faith edit.

If you think this was a mistake, you can leave a message here, thanks. RMS52 (talk) 15:47, 23 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Why would it be a bad faith edit? This sort of things really makes me dislike editing in Wikipedia. I've been editing and maintaining this page for years now, and suddenly you undo my constructive edit. I am undoing your edit. Ahnaaf (talk)

You removed references, proper material and even photos, this is unconstructive. And you should leave a message on my talk page about it as mentioned in the previous notice. RMS52 (talk) 07:18, 25 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah whatever. You own this page now. Ahnaaf (talk)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Notice

The article Epic Air has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Epic Air is the vaporware of the Bangladeshi airline industry. In 2014, it put out an artist's rendering of its planned livery, which scored it two sentences in ch-aviation. The press release, and interviews given by the CEO promoting the company, were regurgitated in other outlets. Six years on it remains an airline in name only. Coverage fails to meet WP:ORGIND. No objection to recreation if the idea ever gets off the ground and garners genuinely independent coverage.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
