Hi David O. Johnson. Not a big deal but per this edit, next time you close a discussion, could you please include a summary as to why per WP:HATTING? Also the hat template goes below the section not above, otherwise it will be randomly archived with the section above (as opposed to on it's own). Not asking for a revert, nor am I really complaining; I’m only confused in how my replies were related to WP:FORUM. If your talking about the OP, I understand. Though if it’s my replies, could you specify what sounded WP:FORUM so I could avoid editors viewing my writing that way. Simply asking for feedback. Editors should first update the Box office section in the article body. The point of the WP:LEAD and WP:INFOBOXPURPOSE is to summarize the article, you aren't summarizing if you don't update the article body first. Changing the infobox and lead without updating the article body is missing the point, as my edit summary clearly stated.

User_talk:Iacowriter The user I reverted not only keeps failing to update the Box office section before changing the lead and infobox he also frequently gets basic math wrong, see his talk page. There is no rush to update, this is an encyclopedia.

If an editor doesn't have time to properly update the Box office section first (and update the reference access dates and other details too) before updating the lead and infobox it would be better to not update at all than leaving the article in an inconsistent state. Thanks for working with me on the Death articles. Question -- is this a reliable/acceptable source?[1] It appears to be a student newspaper from University of North Carolina at Asheville. Publication doesn't have an article here. But I've seen other student newspapers used as sources so I'm just asking. I got the quote correctly attributed in the Death article. It was Arthur von Nagel from American progressive metal band Cormorant. Someone may eventually object to having a quote from a "random musician" in the article, so worse case scenario, we can add it to Wikiquote instead.Lofi Gurl (talk) 20:30, 31 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
