To clarify my decision, above, I couldn't see any evidence that that term "First Mile" was widely used and applied to the worldwide projects. It seems to have been a term created by Paisley & Richardson in their 1998 book. As you say yourself in your article, there is a lack of clarity about what "First Mile" means. If the term is not widely used and understood, outside of the 1998 book, it's probably not notable enough for a Wikipedia article, unfortunately. Sionk (talk) 19:15, 24 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
