Image source problem with File:Kb global, kptv kingsprimetv.png

[edit]
Image Copyright problem
Image Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading File:Kb global, kptv kingsprimetv.png.

This image is a derivative work, containing an "image within an image". Examples of such images would include a photograph of a sculpture, a scan of a magazine cover, or a screenshot of a computer game or movie. In each of these cases, the rights of the creator of the original image must be considered, as well as those of the creator of the derivative work.

While the description page states who made this derivative work, it currently doesn't specify who created the original work, so the overall copyright status is unclear. If you did not create the original work depicted in this image, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright.

If you have uploaded other derivative works, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F4 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 00:35, 17 March 2019 (UTC). If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Ronhjones  (Talk) 00:35, 17 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Control copyright icon Hello Joseph Ozojie, and welcome to Wikipedia. Your additions to Draft:kingsprimetv have been removed in whole or in part, as they appear to have added copyrighted content without evidence that the source material is in the public domain or has been released by its owner or legal agent under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. (To request such a release, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission.) While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from sources to avoid copyright and plagiarism issues.

It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices, as policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked from editing. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Begoon 01:35, 17 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

The sourcing of the image has been corrected. Here is the current version https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Kb_global,_kptv_kingsprimetv.png Begoon Thank you--Joseph Ozojie (talk) 16:21, 18 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Responding to botched 'ping': What Ron has told you is correct. Because this has prior internet publication it will require WP:OTRS approval, which I see you have already dealt with. Regardless, please do bear in mind that wikipedia is not a place to spam promotional material for your business. -- Begoon 11:05, 29 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
