Too many of these claims are not neutral "Faul implemented strategies to enhance sponsorship acquisition, player development, and operational efficiency, solidifying the Titans’ reputation as a top-performing team" and then followed up with a dead link. If this was a claim from an independent reliable source then maybe this would be fair, but that does not seem to be the case. This seems like a promotional piece. Cite his achievements inline with independent reliable sources. Archive the links with wayback machine. Also this is almost certainly WP:BLP so you need to add his birth date to the intro
