Good morning, Suzusan. Thanks for inviting me to participate in the Translation Studies Meetup.
I would like to put forward a proposal. There is already the Applied Linguistics Task Force in the area of WikiProjects. But... translation and translation studies are much more than applied linguistics. There is also an existing redirect, Wikipedia:WikiProject Translation redirecting to Wikipedia:WikiProject Intertranswiki - this is not my idea.
I think the time has come up for a dedicated Wikipedia:WikiProject Translation Studies. That is my proposal. What do you think?

Hi Suzusan. Thanks to your support, the WikiProject Translation studies is now open! Regards, --Fadesga (talk) 20:35, 1 February 2016 (UTC)
Hi Suzusan, I'm replying here to your messages at User talk:KylieTastic. Procedurally, for any undiscussed moves you disagree with, you (or I or anybody) can revert them without a prior consensus (WP:RM#Undiscussed_moves). The condition is that the original move must not have been "a long time" ago, an unclear and debatable standard, which is not really just about time but also how much attention/editing the page has gotten since then. But long story short, I suggest that you're perfectly within reason, and not move warring, to revert at Shin Kyung-sook or anywhere else you see fit. If you want to look over all of the moves, see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Log?type=move&user=Spacestationtrustfund. To Spacestationtrustfund's credit, the type of page moves I complained about earlier haven't happened in the past few months, so it's not like admins will be coming in and blocking anybody unless there is actual disruption currently in need of prevention. I hope this helps! Adumbrativus (talk) 05:12, 31 December 2022 (UTC)
