Image of Pope Paul VI being coronated, used under a claim of fair use in Papal coronation. This image fails WP:NFCC in several ways. For one thing, we have several free images of popes being coronated and don't need a non-free one. The copyright holder is not named, so it fails NFCC #10. From what I'm seeing below, there is general agreement to keep the logo in The Twilight Zone (1985 TV series), but that it should be removed from The Twilight Zone (franchise), where it constitutes overuse. --B (talk) 13:25, 28 March 2013 (UTC) This close has been objected to. On the sliding scale from "okay" to "maybe" to "not okay" to "aww, heck no", this one isn't too far down the list. This is something that very clearly you need to see in order to understand. Now, the question arises, is this a significant enough episode in his life to justify the fair use photo? That's more iffy.       • I'm not an OTRS user, but if the email had been received and the person reading it could tell what file they were talking about, the file would have been updated by now. So either the email wasn't sent or they just forwarded the permission without giving any clue about what the permission was for.         • According to Commons:Commons:OTRS/backlog, there is an OTRS backlog of 45 days. This was uploaded less than 45 days ago, so maybe we should wait for a while in case something has been sent but not yet handled by OTRS? Official portrait of a state politician who served until his death in 2003. If someone was a public figure in the digital camera age, we have reasonable expectation of receiving a free version. For example, someone could contact the Pennsylvania House of Representatives Archives and ask. But we don't need to download a photo and slap a fair use tag on it as soon as they die.
