This week, there were many articles related to The Last Dance, quite a lot of people died, and interest continued to dwindle for the so-called "Wuhan Flu".

6 Israel Kamakawiwoʻole 959,304 A singer-lyricist and musician, Kamakawiwo'ole was honoured with a Google Doodle on the 20th of May for his 61st birthday.
7 Fred Willard 954,358 Another death on the list coming from an American actor and writer. This was only due to natural causes.

9 Steve Kerr 905,193 Former teammate of #1 and #5.

12 List of NBA champions 698,612 This article also probably has something to do with The Last Dance (which is making the rounds this week).
13 Karl Malone 606,053 Former basketball player Karl Malone was involved in the 1997 and 1998 NBA Finals, as his team (Utah Jazz) played against the Chicago Bulls... and lost.
14 Battle of Hayes Pond 571,402 The Hayes Pond conflict was between the Ku Klux Klan and Lumbee Native Americans. It took place on the 18th of January, 1958, and prevented further KKK activity in the area. Recently mentioned on the front page of Reddit.

16 Ravi Zacharias 539,059 And another death. Zacharias was a Christian apologist, who wrote over 30 books.
17 Chicago Bulls 506,648 The team that is focused on in The Last Dance, featuring #1, #5, #9, and #10.
18 Elon Musk 485,840 The entrepreneur's weirdly named baby with Grimes has now had its name changed to "X Æ A-Xii".
19 Paatal Lok 483,634 This is a newly-released Amazon Prime show that is about a cop who cracks the case of a failed assassination attempt. It was positively received, save for a minor controversy about a racist slur.
20 Ken Osmond 481,309 Another death for the list. Osmond was best known for his role of Eddie Haskell in Leave It to Beaver.
21 Jerry Sloan 476,206 Once again, a recent death makes the list. Sloan was a former basketball player, playing for #17 for a few years, and coaching the Utah Jazz during #13's time there - including the two finals lost to our #1 and his friends.
22 Lynn Shelton 471,726 And another death. Shelton was a filmmaker, best known for films such as Humpday and Your Sister's Sister.
23 COVID-19 pandemic in India 440,422 India currently has approximately 145,000 cases of the virus that began in Wuhan (as of the time of writing).
24 6ix9ine 437,646 The ever controversial rapper who was locked up for gang violence released a new song recently titled "Trollz". It follows the release of the song "Gooba" and precedes his next album, to be released in August 2020.
25 Peter III of Russia 435,882 To end the list this week, we have the Emperor of Russia just before #2. He was possibly assassinated... or he got in a drunken fight with his bodyguard.
