So my general idea is that there are many people using and editing MMA pages on wikipedia that may not know about WP:MMA. I'm going to be keeping an eye on this page to find new people editing MMA pages - then I'll be placing the following message on their talk pages:

Hello, I noticed you edited a page related to Mixed Martial Arts in [month], but you haven't listed yourself as a Participant on the Wikiproject for Mixed Martial Arts pages. I've decided to try to drum up interest to get more people involved! Kevlar (talk) 23:50, 10 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for helping to make MMA articles on wikipedia better! In September 168 people made a total of 956 edits to MMA articles.
