Since polling is not a substitute for discussion, please explain your reasons, taking into account Wikipedia's policy on article titles.

• Oppose I prefer to the current title. It indicates what the function of this template is. (ie. it isn't a top banner, like {{project}} is) I could see someone in the future creating a topbanner for such pages, using the proposed name.
