I'm having some issues iwth the discussion page for Kansas City, Missouri. A user insists that crime is somehow related to two deceased, unknown, and unimportant "rappers". i deleted those portions and they were re-added. Not sure if you can provide some advice on how to tread with the issue. Kcuello 22:21, 14 November 2007 (UTC)
Hey that one guy you told me doesn't exist. So can you figure out for me

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Category:Medabots characters, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Category:Medabots characters has been empty for at least four days, and its only content has been links to parent categories. (CSD C1).
To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Category:Medabots characters, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. To see the user who deleted the page, click here CSDWarnBot (talk) 00:00, 13 December 2007 (UTC)
Hi, the user Preowned1101 left non-sense links (mostly "red links") all over the place. I went through his contributions and did a mopping-up exercise on my own initiative (being a bit of a pedantic person).
How can I contact administrators and bring those issues to their attention?
Is there an "official policy"?

I added tnoutdoorsmen.com to wiki so time ago and in turn you marked for deletion. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:TnOutdoorsmen
We are an informational website for Tennessee sportsmen and only generates income to support the site itself (same as wiki, only wiki calls it donations). We don't want to argue the point, we would like to know how to go about removing any reference to our site from the wiki.
We feel that statements like this (which show up on search engines),
"A tag has been placed on TnOutdoorsmen, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group or service and which would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 11, as well as the guidelines on spam."
is negative advertisement for our site.
Thanks for your help
A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Revenge of the Wannabes, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. -- Collectonian (talk · contribs) 19:32, 7 September 2008 (UTC)
In the section 'The Korean War and his second DCM' the line, "This position was in the hands of the Third US Infantry Division (a Division is around 10,000 men) when the 64th Chinese Army (around 40,000 men) made a decisive artillery barrage." is misleading.
The position was actually in the hands of a Company (about 100 men), a sub-unit of the 3rd Division. Reference is the 15th Infantry Regiment newsletter, THE DRAGON, located at [1]
Page 6, paragraph 3 gives the detail.
This doesn't change Mr. Major's heroism in any way and, in fact, makes it more believable.
Thanks for your time.

Hi. There has been a mistake with the page "OGAE Second Chance Contect 1994". There is information on the page that belongs to the unedited page of "OGAE Second Chance Contest 1996". I didn't know who to contact so I thought you would be the right person to contact for help. Skarloey15 (talk) 11:43, 18 September 2010 (UTC)
Thanks for the nice welcome from awhile ago! And I've gotten (hopefully) since I began editing (had created a non-notable, original research article to start things off...whoops).

A tag has been placed on User talk:DandP, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. Callanecc (talk • contribs • logs) 07:53, 1 October 2013 (UTC)
Hi NickelShoe! As a Steward I'm involved in the upcoming unification of all accounts organized by the Wikimedia Foundation (see m:Single User Login finalisation announcement). By looking at your account, I realized that you don't have a global account yet. In order to secure your name, I recommend you to create such account on your own by submitting your password on Special:MergeAccount and unifying your local accounts. If you have any problems with doing that or further questions, please don't hesitate to contact me on my talk page. Cheers, —DerHexer (Talk) 17:21, 18 January 2015 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
