Delete. WP:POPCULTURE: "Exhaustive, indiscriminate lists are discouraged, as are passing references to the article subject." "[P]assing mentions in books, television or film dialogue [...] should be included only when that mention's significance is itself demonstrated with secondary sources." "In determining whether a reference is notable enough for inclusion, one helpful test can be to look at whether a person who is familiar with the topic only through the reference in question has the potential to learn something meaningful about the topic from that work alone." Nominated for deletion in 2008, so it's had three years to have had a chance to be cleaned up, but looking at the original nominator's comment then, it looks like it's had virtually NO work done on it since then and exhibits the same problems as 2008, except with three years' additional data added. As the original nominator said, "A list of everytime he is mentioned isn't notable." As the closing admin noted, "I suggest that people arguing for retention work on fixing it up; articles can only persist under the 'keep and cleanup' argument once or twice." No one worked on fixing it up, and I don't think "keep and cleanup" can be a valid defense after the "keep" people had three-plus years to do exactly that ... and didn't.
