Bannost-Villegagnon (French pronunciation: [bano vilɡaɲɔ̃] ) is a commune in the Seine-et-Marne department in the Île-de-France region in north-central France. It was created in 1973 by the merger of two former communes: Bannost and Villegagnon.[3]
The inhabitants are called Bannostiens-Villegagnonnais.
